Objective: To set a positive influence on youth while offering a consistent and stimulating environment for motivation and mentorship as they travel through the youth chapter of life.

YOUTH GUIDANCE FOCUSES:
The following are youth guidance focuses selected to offer a foundational infrastructure to the life of youth today. These guidance focuses are shared individually as single workshops that inform and coach youth on statistical information, definition, the nature of its' content, best practices of execution/ prevention, and steps of applying the appropriate actions and behaviors that allow for a successful life.

COMMUNITY CONNECTION:
Y.M.P. makes connection with the community by investing in community events and properties associated with enhancing the lives of youth. This is important for providing insight on how youth should progress through positive life changing experiences. The annual goal of Y.M.P. is to provide up to 50 scholarships to youth participating in the organization that have met all outlined requirements. Y.M.P. will also make connection with the community by way of speaking at public events, educational institutes, juvenille correctional facilities, ministry organizations and community based events to support the sharing/ implementing of the mission of Y.M.P. into the community and youth.
